Add your desired product to the ‘cart’, select ‘cart’ and enter your home address to the ‘shipping calculator’ to generate the cost for shipping your product.  

 

Oversized products: Artwork/s that exceed 25kgs will be treated as oversized packages and may include an additional cost.  

 

Pick-up will also be available for those who are Wellington based. Please get in touch with us to organise pick up time from our office at

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from the office. 

 

Orders will be dispatched during weekdays. 

 

Your artwork/s will be dispatched within 5 working days of your confirmed order. 

 

Oversized artwork/s will be dispatched within 7 working days of your confirmed order. 

 

Your order will be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt of the artwork/s. 

 

You can use the tracking link from your order confirmation email to check the delivery status of your order. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is on its way including a tracking number and tracking receipt.

We handle international enquiries on an individual-basis.  

 

We will calculate the price of the artwork/s in your currency and calculate the additional cost for international shipping.

Our artwork/s are delicate creations, and we take great care in packing to ensure safe transportation. However, despite our best efforts, there is a slight possibility that an artwork may sustain damage during transit.

 

In the event that you received a damaged artwork/s, here is what you need to do:

  1. Photograph the Damage: If your artwork/s arrives damaged, promptly take clear photographs of the affected areas.
  2. Contact Us: Send us an email at store@maoriart.org.nz within 3 working days of receiving your order, including the photos of the damaged item and the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
  3. Confirmation & Arrangements: Once we confirm the damage, we’ll arrange for the art to be returned to Toi Māori Aotearoa.

 

These are your options:

    • Credit: We can reimburse you in the form of credit at the value of your purchased artwork/s. This credit can only be used for purchases on our store.
    • Reimbursement: Alternatively, we can reimburse you in full for the damaged item.

 

Please note: we only accept returns for artwork/s damaged during shipping. We cannot cover damages as a result of modifications, incorrect storage, maintenance, or other factors caused by the purchaser.

Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control when or how long your order will take to arrive.  

 

However, if you are eagerly awaiting your order and it hasn’t shown up, follow these steps:

Sometimes unforeseen delays occur, so give it a little more time.

Lodge an inquiry: If your order still hasn’t arrived, you’ll need to lodge a parcel query. The most effective way to do this is through http://www.courierpost.co.nz/ 

You can purchase products using our three payment methods.  

  1. You can pay using your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. 
  2. Poli Pay allows you to make transfers directly from your bank account. Simply choose your bank, login, select an account and complete the payment.  
  3. Direct Bank Transfer. If you would like to make purchases using this payment method, you are required to contact us in advance at store@maoriart.org.nz 
  4. If you require an invoice to purchase artwork/s, please get in touch with us on store@maoriart.org.nz or (+64)4 801 7914 

Check that the card details you have entered are correct (name, expiry date and card type).

We will only refund items that have been damaged during shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your artwork.

We aim to provide a hassle-free Returns Service for you. Here’s how it works:

  1. Reporting Damaged Artwork/s: If you receive an artwork that has been damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at store@maoriart.org.nz or (+64)4 801 7914
  2. Confirmation of Damage: Once we confirm the damage, we can proceed with one of two options:
    • Credit: We can reimburse you in the form of credit at the value of your purchased artwork/s. This credit can only be used for purchases on our store.
    • Reimbursement: Alternatively, we can reimburse you in full for the damaged item.
  3. Confirmation & Arrangements: Once we confirm the damage, we’ll arrange for the art to be returned to Toi Māori Aotearoa.
  4. Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once we have received the returned artwork/s(s)
