He Kupu Tīori – Issue 4, Oct 2000

He Kupu Tiori was Toi Māori Aotearoa’s newsletter platform to promote and celebrate Māori art and Māori artists – each magazine issue comprises a mix of news and features covering work of the different committees in Toi Māori Aotearoa.

This issue is dedicated to celebrating the passion and pride of Māori art. Included in this edition are articles on Māori literature – featuring an essay by renowned poet Robert Sullivan, as well as an intriguing piece on Tā Moko by Julie Paama-Penegelly, plus a whole lot more.
