Pure silver; pounamu – Griffin Range, NZ; polyester thread

The silver rims of the Kete series pendants depict the top and bottom parts of a Kete. I use the space within to comment or showcase. Here the strong pounamu shape speaks to the essence of weaving – the blades. The hole shows that things are sometimes not as solid as you think.
