TAHI

I shaped these using actual sand from Ōtaki moana and a rock I found on the beach whilst looking out to the distant horizon of Te Wai Pounamu. It took one whole day. very meditative. Rectangular with tapered rounded ends, they glow a brilliant kakariki when hanging from the ear. Both pieces are connected by a black ribbon that runs horizontally through the pounamu. Finished with high quality .925 sterling silver findings.
