Te Rūnanga Whakairo is a collective of nationally recognised carvers and sculptors who play a pivotal role in maintaining, transmitting, and developing tāonga tuku iho associated with whakairo.

We are proud to present the works of ringawhao (carvers) who are part of Te Rūnanga Whakairo and the national network of Toi Māori Aotearoa.
